Delivery Policy

  1. Due to high volume, deliveries may be delayed if you order our products from a Sale event. Within a maximum of 7 days following the order date, we aim to ship out all orders.
  2. Split shipments are entirely usual. This merely indicates that various components of your order might have been dispatched from various warehouses in India. You may be confident that you would only need to pay the shipping fee once, if necessary, and that the remainder of the order will be yours free of charge.
  3. If the package is manipulated with or damaged, do not receive it; instead, send it back to us, and we will refund your money or deliver the item to you again as requested.
  4. Orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday will only be shipped on Monday, so plan for a significant delay.
  5. The customer care staff must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery notification if the order is confirmed as dispatched but the customer has not acquired it. You must allow 48-72 hours for us to conduct an investigation with our courier partners and respond to you with an accurate response.
  6. Within 24 hours of the order’s receipt, customer service must be notified of any allegations of shortages or damages. To examine and assess your request and provide a proper response, it could take up to three business days.
  7. After speaking with customer service, if our reversal pick-up service is not available at your area, you will need to self-ship the package via any reputable courier partner if necessary and qualified. The courier fees will be refunded to you, either in your account or as a site-wide voucher.
  8. Post-delivery damages are not our responsibility. We do not accept liability for the mishandling or loss of goods after delivery.
  9. If necessary, we reserve the right to halt delivery to any region of the nation at any moment. In such a situation, we will make every effort to keep you informed up front and to completely reimburse you in the event of any deviation via email or phone call.
  10. Products with an expiry date of less than three months are returnable, and the full purchase price will be reimbursed to the customer. Any requests for returns or refunds for products with an expiration date longer than three months will not be honoured.
  11. Resellers are not eligible for any points, coupons, or offers after making a purchase from us.
