Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY
  1. Customers will be informed honestly and transparently of the shipping charges costs at the time of the transaction, prior making any transactions.
  2. You will get an email with the delivery confirmation and tracking after your order has been sent and confirmed. Most items are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days.
  3. From state to state, the expected arrival time may differ slightly. Working days are those days that are not Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Product delivery may be delayed for lock down-related causes of any kind or unanticipated logistical problems.
  4. Due to high volume, deliveries may be delayed if you order our products from a Sale event. Within a maximum of 7 days following the order date, we aim to ship out all orders.
  5. Split shipments are entirely usual. This merely indicates that various components of your order might have been dispatched from various warehouses in India. You may be confident that you would only need to pay the shipping fee once, if necessary, and that the remainder of the order will be yours free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
  1. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Returns are only permitted if the wrong product is accidentally shipped, the package came tampered with, or the product has a limited shelf life or one of less than three months. Within 24 hours of the purchase being delivered, send us an email at xxx (email id to be placed) with the order number and pictures of any incorrect, defective, meddled with, or near-expiration products if you want a refund or replacement. When we get letters, we respond within two days.
  3. From the day your returned package is received, please give us 5 to 10 days. Before giving a refund or replacing the product, we may get in touch with you to find out precise details regarding the item.
  4. The following scenarios qualify you for a full or partial refund or exchange without paying any additional fees:

    Returns will not be duly acceptable if:
    • Soiled or damaged packaging.
    • Incorrect distribution strategy
    • Product delivery that has lapsed.
  5. In the event that you acquired the incorrect item, we ask that you maintain it in its appropriate packing and make it secure, sellable, and unbroken. To ensure a smooth pick-up and return, save the original manufacturer’s packaging and the invoice.

The following conditions will prevent returns from being accepted:

  • There is no invoice.
  • It has been altered.
  • The product is missing its original box.
    1. Please refrain from using the product you are complaining about.
    2. Products that have been delivered are not eligible for a refund if they fall under any of the following circumstances:
      • Failure to offer sufficient information regarding the situation.
      • Failing to provide images of the box, package, and receipt (if any).
    3. Damages resulting from carelessness, inappropriate use, incorrect application, etc., will not be covered by our exchange/returns policy and will not be the responsibility of us or any of its affiliates or distribution partners. It is not appropriate to substitute products because of allergic reactions or flavour difficulties.
    4. Refunds will be made using the same payment mechanism, such as a bank account or credit card. There will be no monetary returns given. For an online refund, our staff would need at least 5 to 7 business days after the refund request was made.
    5. In the case of NEFT, we will need to repay your money at least 3 to 5 business days after initiating the refund. The money will be credited to the account in 7-10 hours.
